01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and vw108 ("Platform", "us"). This document takes effect as soon as you register an account, make your first deposit, or use any service offered by the vw108 platform.

02 Account Eligibility & Registration

03 Account Security

06 Game Rules

All games offered on the vw108 platform — including slots, Live Casino, bingo, Sports Betting, and table games — operate under rules set by their respective game providers. The Random Number Generator (RNG) used has been certified by independent international regulatory bodies to ensure fairness in every game outcome.

• The outcome of all games is final and cannot be disputed or reversed once completed.
• In the event of a technical disruption during gameplay that prevents the outcome from being determined, vw108 reserves the right to void the round in question and return the wagered amount to the user's account.
• The use of automated software, bots, or any method that provides an unfair advantage to any player is strictly prohibited.

07 User Conduct

Vw108 is committed to maintaining a safe, fair, and enjoyable gaming environment for all members. Users are therefore prohibited from engaging in the following conduct on or in connection with the vw108 platform:

• Using abusive, threatening, or harassing language toward other users or vw108 staff through the platform's communication channels.
• Spreading false, misleading, or harmful information about vw108 or other users.
• Using any unauthorized third-party software, automated scripts, or other technical means to exploit the vw108 system.
• Using a vw108 account for any illegal activity, including money laundering, fraud, or other criminal acts.

Vw108 reserves the right to take immediate action against any user who violates these conduct guidelines, including temporary suspension or permanent termination of the relevant account.

08 Account Suspension & Termination

Vw108 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user's account at any time, with or without prior notice, where there is reasonable cause including but not limited to:

• Violation of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraud, account misuse, or illegal activity.
• Failure to complete the KYC verification process within the specified timeframe.
• Requests from regulatory authorities or law enforcement agencies.
• Account inactivity for more than 12 consecutive months.

Users may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the vw108 support team. Prior to closure, any valid remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal subject to applicable withdrawal conditions.

In the event of termination due to a breach of terms, vw108 reserves the right to forfeit any bonuses or wins obtained in violation of these terms, and to pursue legal action where necessary.

09 Liability Limits

To the extent permitted by applicable law, vw108 and its affiliates, directors, employees, and partners shall not be liable for:

• Any financial losses incurred as a result of wagering activity on the vw108 platform.
• Service disruptions caused by scheduled or unplanned system maintenance.
• Technical failures beyond vw108's reasonable control, including internet outages, power supply disruptions, or user hardware failures.
• Any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses even if vw108 has been informed of the possibility of such losses.

Vw108 provides a gaming platform as an entertainment service. Users acknowledge and agree that they assume all risks associated with betting activities they participate in knowingly and voluntarily.

10 Terms Amendment

Vw108 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time at its sole discretion. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the vw108 website unless otherwise stated.

11 Applicable Law & Dispute Resolution

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, both parties agree to refer the matter to binding arbitration under mutually agreed arbitration rules. The arbitration decision is final and binding on all parties.
